What we collect

When you request a quote or a call back we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the service you're interested in, any notes you add and any photos you upload. We also collect standard website analytics data.

Why we collect it

To prepare and send your quote, to contact you about it, and to carry out any work you book. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business. Analytics data is used to improve the website.

Who we share it with

Form submissions and photos are processed and stored by Netlify, our website host. Analytics are provided by Google. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Quote requests and photos are kept for up to 12 months, or for the duration of our business relationship plus six years for accounting purposes if you become a customer.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@afexteriorcleaning.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
