Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to quotes and services provided by A&F Exterior Cleaning.

Quotes

Quotes are free and without obligation. They are based on the size and condition shown in the photos and information you provide. If the work differs materially from what was shown, we will agree any change in price with you before starting. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

Booking and access

Once you accept a quote we will agree a date and time. You are responsible for ensuring we have safe access to the areas to be cleaned and for moving any stock, furniture or vehicles that may be affected.

Our work

We select cleaning methods appropriate to each surface. Some heavy or long-standing staining may not be fully removable. We will tell you if we think this applies. If you are not satisfied with a clean, tell us within 48 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected area free of charge.

Cancellation

You may cancel or rearrange a booking free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less notice may be charged a call-out fee.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and card.

Liability

We are fully insured. Our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the value of the work carried out, except where the law does not allow this to be limited. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or for surfaces that are already in poor condition.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
